Any time I spend more than $15 on a product or service I ask myself 3 questions: 1) am I satisfied?; 2) would I use them again?; and 3) would I recommend them to friends? I give no-brainer ‘yeses’ to Hall on all 3 points. They arrived when they said they would, broke down and wrapped the piano quickly and carefully, and used 31st-century physics to move 400 lbs of baby grand up 15 exterior slate stairs efficiently. I not only would use them again but I HAVE used them again. I chose them this time because I was so satisfied with the last time they moved that piano. And I have recommended them to many others.
