Artist Profile:

Hailed as “spine tingling” (Fort Worth Star-Telegram) and as a musician with “impressively multiple facets” (Boston Musical Intelligencer), Kyle Orth has concertized across the United States, Israel, and Mexico. He has appeared with numerous professional orchestras, including the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, the Israel Symphony Orchestra, the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra, the Orquesta Sinfónica de Oaxaca (Mexico), the Dallas Chamber Symphony, and the Springfield Symphony Orchestra, under the batons of Jaap van Zweden, Vahagn Papian, Miguel Harth-Bedoya, Hugh Wolff, and others. Upcoming engagements include performances with the Missouri Symphony Orchestra and the Minnesota Symphony Orchestra. Among his many competition titles, he was named First-Place Winner in the MTNA Senior Piano Competition, the Minnesota Orchestra Young Artist Competition, and the Dallas International Piano Competition. His recordings have been broadcasted on WGHB-WCRB in Boston and on WRR radio in Dallas. Mr. Orth completed his undergraduate studies at TCU and his graduate degree at New England Conservatory, where he is continuing as a doctoral candidate under the tutelage of Wha Kyung Byun.
